I have a passion for understanding neurology fundamentals for all of us to apply - How can we do the basic movements well so we may be comfortable in life - or maybe even Spry!
My niche is health maintenance, establishing good health-conscious habits, pain management strategies, & goal setting. I am creating local resources with other health professionals in hopes to help answer all your health concerns. I know I am one soul & we need a community to survive. My goal is to create a network between my local health providers & community to create an environment we know how to utilize - proactive health maintenance.
