How long are the sessions?
Each coaching call is about 60 minutes.

Will this work if I have a chronic condition or past injury?
Yes. I’m trained in chronic condition management and pain science. We’ll customize based on your needs.

 

How much time per week will this take?
About 90–120 minutes total. That includes the call + any guides/videos you review.
